Watch this virtual forum of panelists, who discussed the impact of mental health on the workforce and how employers can create a culture of support and wellness for their employees and communities.

Panel included, Rik Cornell Vice President of Community Relations of the Manchester Mental Health Center, John Broderick Senior Director of External Affairs (former Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court) and Will Torrey M.D. Interim Department Chair of Psychiatry at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health to share their insight and knowledge into the impacts of mental health on the culture of a business and the workforce. There is fundamental connection between productivity and the health and wellness of the workforce. Attendees will come away from this program with resources, examples and best practices to embrace supportive work environments for their employees and help de-stigmatize mental health to promote a healthy community and a healthy business climate. Program hosted by Michael Skelton, The Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
