The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is one of only two Center's in the state of NH to offer whole health integrated care as a CCBHC.
The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester earns the distinction as a Certified Community Health Clinic. Only one other Mental health Center in the state of NH bears that distinction.
MHCGM announces the 2024 recipients of the Wheelock-Nardi Advocacy and Community Leadership Awards to be presented at the Mental Health Benefit on Mon., October 21.

Research shows that Integrated Care improves patient health. 57% of ProHealth patients who were classified as “overweight” achieved clinically significant weight loss for the first time. 64% of ProHealth patients were able to get their blood pressure under control.
The Homeless Outreach Team provides support services to people experiencing homelessness or those who are at risk of becoming homeless. We provide information about shelter & housing and frequently provide food, and safety equipment such as tents, blankets, and basic survival items.
Serving ages 2 and up, the MHCGM Child and Adolescent Services Program offer a comprehensive suite of treatments, therapy and programs to work with children and teens as they navigate their personal challenges with the support of a dedicated clinical staff.
