At The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, we have a team of folks who are out and about every day to support those who are living a life of home insecurity. Out staff checks in with the homeless population and helps to get them into the appropriate services to support their mental health or substance misuse challenges. Serving ages 2 and up, the MHCGM Child and Adolescent Services Program offer a comprehensive suite of treatments, therapy and programs to work with children and teens as they navigate their personal challenges with the support of a dedicated clinical staff.
